Signs, stickers and magnets don't have to be rectangles. We cut boards, vinyl and magnetic sheet to the outline of your design: a logo-shaped sign, a stand-up figure, a sticker cut around a product. Choose "Custom Shape: Yes" on the product page, and the price updates.
What we can cut to shape
- Rigid boards:
- Di-Bond (ACM);
- Foamex in 3mm, 5mm and 10mm;
- Correx (corrugated plastic);
- acrylic, including mirror gold and mirror silver.
- Vinyl:
- gloss, matt and transparent;
- greyback;
- wall, window, floor and frosted vinyl;
- one way vision;
- window cling.
- Magnets: 900 micron magnetic signs and fridge magnets.
- Stickers: the Custom Shape Stickers product is made for shaped stickers.
How it is cut
We cut on our own CNC router and cutter, and on the laser cutter.
Your file
Send the shape with your artwork: a finished digital design, a sketch or just the idea. We work out the cut line with you before anything is cut. If you only have a logo or a sketch, our designer can set up the cut line as part of Full Design, £30.00 + VAT (£36.00 inc VAT).
Price
Custom shape is an option on each product, priced on the product page as you choose it. On vinyl, for example, it adds £10.00 + VAT (£12.00 inc VAT) per item.
